Oreo fans are going to want to make these Oreo cookies pretty much asap. If you’re a fan of a crisp-yet-chewy Millie’s cookie, then brace yourself as these guys are the perfect homemade version. With added Oreos AND Cadbury's White chocolate with Oreos. So basically: amazing.
How big are these cookies?
This recipe makes large, bakery-sized cookies, which is how we like them. BUT if you're after smaller cookies, just divide the dough into 24 instead and bake for 10-12 minutes.
I want the cookies to be gooier!
No problem! If you like a soft, gooey cookie, just bake them for a few minutes less.

Ingredients
- 150 g
unsalted butter, softened
- 30 g
cream cheese
- 100 g
soft light brown sugar
- 80 g
granulated sugar
- 2 tsp.
vanilla extract
- 200 g
plain flour
- 1/2 tsp.
baking powder
- 1/2 tsp.
bicarbonate of soda
- 2
x 41g Cadbury White with Oreos Chocolate Bars, chopped into pieces
- 100 g
mini Oreos, roughly chopped
Directions
- Step 1Put the butter, cream cheese and sugars in a large bowl. Using a handheld electric whisk, cream mixture together for 2 minutes until pale and fluff. Whisk in the vanilla until combined.
- Step 2Sift in the flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda into the bowl and stir together with a wooden spoon to make a soft dough. Carefully stir in half of the chopped white chocolate bars (gently use your hands if easier). Chill dough for 20 minutes.
- Step 3While dough chills, preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan)and line 2 large baking trays with non-stick baking parchment.
- Step 4Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and put 6 on each prepared baking tray, spaced well apart. Press the remaining chopped white chocolate bars and mini Oreos all over the top of each dough ball (it will look cramped but the cookies spread a lot during baking)]
- Step 5 Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden. The cookies may still feel a little soft in the middle, but will set up when cool.
- Step 6Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool. Serve warm or at room temperature.
