Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
salsa verde
- 2
large eggs
- 1/4 cup
cheddar, grated
- 1/4 cup
Monterey jack, grated
cilantro, for serving
lime wedges, for serving
hot sauce, for serving
tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 400°. Pour salsa into a small oven proof dish. Make 2 wells in sauce, then crack an egg into each well. Sprinkle both cheeses all over and bake until egg whites are just set and cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
- Step 2Garnish with cilantro, lime juice, and hot sauce. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
