Ingredients
- 1
lemon, thinly sliced
- 20 g
fresh mint
- 100 g
blackberries, halved
- 1
apple, core removed and thinly sliced
- 150 ml
sloe gin
- 200 ml
creme de cassis
Ice
- 600 ml
Champagne or Prosecco
Directions
- Step 1In a large jug, add the lemon, mint and blackberries. Using a wooden spoon, mash and bruise the ingredients to muddle the flavours together.
- Step 2Next, add the apple, sloe gin, creme de cassis, ice and stir. Slowly add your chosen fizz. Stir to combine and serve.
