Prosecco Sorbet Fizz
Booze and sorbet? Count us in

Who knew something as simple as a glass of bubbly mixed with a few scoops of fruity sorbet would be so delicious? Well – we did!
Perfect if you’re hosting girl’s night and are in dire need of something that’s delicious and easy to throw together. Simply plonk 2-3 scoops of your favourite sorbet into a glass, and pour over your Prosecco. Et voila, the perfect minimal ingredient summer drink.

Ingredients
- 1
x 75cl bottle Prosecco
- 2
-3 flavours sorbet, shop bought or made as below
Easy mango sorbet
- 300 g
frozen mango
Juice 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp.
agave syrup
- 100 ml
water
Easy strawberry sorbet
- 300 g
frozen strawberries
Juice 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp.
runny honey
- 100 ml
water
Directions
- Step 1In a high-powered blender, blitz the frozen fruit, citrus juice and sweetener with the water until smooth.
- Step 2Spoon the sorbet into a lidded container and freeze for 2hrs to firm up.
- Step 3When ready to serve use a tbsp measuring spoon to make small scoops of the different sorbets into each glass. Gently pour over the prosecco and serve immediately.
