Ingredients
- 1 tsp.
celery salt
- 1 tsp.
onion powder
Lemon wedge
- 100 ml
vodka
- 100 ml
tomato juice
- 25 ml
dry vermouth
- 1 Tbsp.
lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp.
olive brine from a jar of olives
- 1/2 tsp.
Sriracha
- 2
dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp.
ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp.
celery salt
- 4
green olives
Directions
- Step 1Mix the celery salt and onion powder together and pour onto a small plate. Take two martini glasses and rub the rim of the glasses with lemon juice. Turn upside down, and cover the rim in the celery salt mix.
- Step 2In a cocktail shaker combine the vodka, tomato juice, dry vermouth, lemon juice, olive brine, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and celery salt. Add ice, cover and shake.
- Step 3Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glasses and garnish with olives in each glass.
