Everyone is crazy for filo wrapped feta at the moment and we have to admit, we are obsessed. These golden parcels baked until soft in the middle and crispy on the outside make a yummy sharing starter or indulgent vegetarian main. Our favourite part is the speedy hot honey, which is made by simply bubbling together harissa paste and runny honey to make a ruby drizzle that's addictive. Crunching through the flaky pastry to the gooey feta makes a plate of dreams. We guarantee you'll be fighting over it until the very last crumb.
Love feta? Our Lemon Butter Feta Chicken Pasta, Beetroot Baked Feta Pasta and Whipped Feta Dip with Glazed Leeks are all worthy of being added to your recipe repertoire.
