
This recipe is perfect for the Tiramisu and Affogato lover. The only prep is whipping together cream and mascarpone cheese before layering between ladies fingers and drenching is hot espresso. The classic Tiramisu can sometimes be a labour of love, but this recipe is ready in five and perfect for one.

Ingredients
- 100 ml
double cream
- 80 g
mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 tsp.
vanilla extract
- 2
ladies fingers
- 50 ml
hot espresso
- 1/4 tsp.
cocoa powder
Directions
- Step 1In a bowl, add the double cream and vanilla and whip until soft peaks form. Add the mascarpone cheese and stir until combined.
- Step 2Break a lady finger in half and add to the bottom of a small glass. Top with 2 dessert spoons on the cream followed by another halved lady finger.
- Step 3Top with another spoonful of cream and trickle hot espresso down the side. Finish with a good dusting of cocoa and dive in.
