
Our Gingerbread Negroni is super simple to make and so tasty. While it only takes five minutes to make the cocktail, don't skip the 30 minutes infusion time. Yes, you can use a pre-made gingerbread gin liqueur if you prefer, but ours really is no bother.

Ingredients
- 100 ml
gin
- 1
ginger tea bag
- 2
large slivers of ginger
- 1
clove
- 1
star anise
- 1/4 tsp.
all spice
- 1/4 tsp.
ground ginger
- 100 ml
spiced rum
- 100 ml
red vermouth
Orange rind
Directions
- Step 1First, make a gin infusion. In a jug add your gin, ginger teabag, ginger, clove, star anise, allspice and ground ginger. Leave to infuse for 30 minutes.
- Step 2Strain the aromatics and remove tea bag then store until needed.
- Step 3To make your gingerbread Negroni, fill half a tumbler with ice. Pour 25ml of infused gin, 25ml spiced rum and 25ml red vermouth.
- Step 4Take a piece of orange rind and squeeze some of the oil on top of the cocktail, and rub the rind around the rim of the glass. Give a gentle stir and serve.
