
These tequila soaked mango bites are a really fun step up from your classic tequila shots. We’ve soaked mango chunks in a mixture of lime juice and tequila, then dipped them into lime and chilli salt for what is soon to be a party favourite. Bonus point, you can even keep the infused tequila to serve friends.

Ingredients
- 4
ripe mangoes, skin removed and cut into roughly 3cm chunks
- 400 ml
tequila
Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp.
rock salt
- 1/4 tsp.
chilli powder

Directions
- Step 1Add the mango chunks to a bowl and add the tequila and lime juice. Stir well and set aside for 1 hour for the mango to soak.
- Step 2Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix together the salt, lime zest and chilli powder.
- Step 3Drain the mango really well. If you like you can keep the infused tequila to serve as a drink too. Skewer a piece of mango with a toothpick then dip one edge into the flavoured salt. Lay on a plate or platter to serve.
