
Rudolph Cornflake Cakes are the cutest Christmas party table additions ever, and they're SO easy to make. Adults will love to eat them, kids will love to make them, and yes, some of them do look like they've had a little too much eggnog, but that makes them all the more adorable!

Ingredients
- 12
cupcake cases
- 100 g
Cornflakes
- 100 g
dark chocolate
- 50 g
butter
- 50 g
golden syrup
- 12
Red Smarties, 4 sea salt pretzels and 24 edible eyes, to decorate
Directions
- Step 1Gently melt chocolate, butter and syrup over a low heat until combined.
- Step 2Tip over cornflakes and mix well to coat.
- Step 3Divide equally between 12 cupcake cases in a muffin tin, and then decorate with Smarties, pretzels and eyes (see tip). Chill to set.
Slice each pretzel in half, to create antlers.
