Luke Pascal knows his way around a restaurant. The born-and-bred New Yorker is only 25-years-old, but he's already an old pro at running one. Pascal practically grew up in eateries: His dad's been running a Manhattan-based restaurant group since he was little, so he's bussed, hosted, and served since he was old enough to work. Most importantly though, he's come to realize that no restaurant's complete without an Instagram star.
That's how the surf and turf sandwich — which is served at both his sister restaurants, Chuck & Blade and Buns Bar — came to be. It's not rainbow-colored and there's no cheese oozing out from everywhere, but it's just enough of a showstopper to make you double tap and add the restaurants to your list.
The sandwich is served open-faced on grilled sourdough brushed with chimichurri, with Maine lobster on one side and New York strip steak on the other — and the mound of truffle fries next to it doesn't hurt.

It's a no-brainer order, but how you tackle eating it isn't such an easy decision. There are the carnivores and piscivores that share it, those who eat one half at a time, and the brave souls who smash the sides together and bite into the lobster and steak at the same time.
The choice is yours — just don't forget to 'gram it.
