Kyra's Bakery
Kyra's Bake Shop

Gluten-Free
After making multiple appearances on Food Network's Cupcake Wars, Kyra's Bake Shop earned their title as one of the best gluten-free bakeries. Kyra, the founder and owner of the bake shop, was diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder at age 20 requiring her to switch to a gluten-free diet. But that wouldn't stop her from indulging in all of her favorite sweets and treats. The bakeshop rotates between 6 different cupcake flavors every day, keeping chocolate, vanilla and at least one Cupcake War's wining flavors in the case at all times. But the item that takes the cake is the cinnamon rolls. Lucky for us, they can be shipped nationwide from the storefront in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Her goal was to create such a good treat that you would have to say "by the way, its gluten free." Wanting to reach a larger target, Helene decided to make her treats dairy free and 100% kosher, too. Among the best sellers are her chocolate chip cookies, which took 52 tries to get right, sour cherry coffee cake, and the coconut cloud cake. Vegan Treats
Vegan Treats

Vegan
The bakery began in 1998 when Danielle, the owner and founder, was challenged by a restaurateur that vegan desserts don't exist. She accepted that challenge and proved him wrong, and went from college student to bakery owner in a few short months. Her belief in a moral obligation to help save animals and inspire people to think different with their forks sparked her passion for vegan baking. Danielle's favorite and best-selling dessert is her Peanut Butter Bomb, a chocolate bundt cake filled with and topped with peanut butter mousse, encased in Belgian chocolate, and finished with a peanut butter drizzle. Vegan Treats will have you saying "Mmmmm" out loud before you even realize it.
