G Cocktail, Giada

If you sip only one thing at Giada's eponymous Italian spot, make it the G Cocktail. The signature sip is the chef's take on a Pisco sour, made extra fruity with pineapple syrup and apricot. Take a moment to appreciate the curly-q "G" carved into the frothy egg white topping before you down the drink.

Banco de Mexico Julep, Rosina

Drink, Mint julep, Cocktail garnish, Food, Moscow mule, Peppermint, Mint, Mai tai, Plant, Distilled beverage,
Chelsea Lupkin

This tequila-based Julep is one of six on Rosina's secret Julep menu. The oddball collection of house-made ingredients — mezcal, tequila, mint, crème de cacao, and rose water —doesn't just work; it inspires superfluous Instagram shoutouts. Join the masses, #bestjulepever.

Spiked Kiwi Watermelon Lemonade, Hash House A Go Go

Drink, Paloma, Non-alcoholic beverage, Food, Cocktail garnish, Alcoholic beverage, Bay breeze, Juice, Distilled beverage, Italian soda,
Chelsea Lupkin

You can order this sans alcohol, but ... you're in Vegas. Get the damn vodka. The drink comes to the table with three ombre layers, which you'll want to stir after you snap a pic. Otherwise, you'll get a mouthful of pure kiwi syrup.

Giant Bloody Mary, Lavo

What comes on top of Lavo's Bloody Mary, which is served in a humongous glass made of ice, is essentially an entire surf and turf meal: an entire lobster, jumbo shrimp, pork belly skewers, lemons, and tiny bottles of Tabasco. A handle of vodka is served alongside it, so you can spike as you go. It costs $250, but you can only get it during Saturday brunch.

6

Cocktail Tree, SushiSamba

Four glasses each of three different cocktails (like the Shochu-based Chucumber, the Lychee Cooler, and the Samba Juice) stud this metal "tree" served at SushiSamba in The Venetian. Orders for the group drink come in like dominoes on busy nights: Once someone spots it coming out from the bar, everyone's got to have it.

Spicy Flamingo, The Dorsey

On days when the desert's temperature breaks 100°, The Dorsey's Spicy Flamingo is your savior. It's an ultra-refreshing combo of tequila, house-made watermelon juice (so it's not overbearingly sweet), and lime juice. A hit of spices, a triangle of watermelon, and a plastic flamingo swizzle stick that looks straight outta the '50s finish it off.

Carlo Siozan

What's a meal at Hell's Kitchen without an insult from Gordon? The gin-based Notes From Gordon comes with one. It's written on the back of the rolled up UK flag that skewers every cocktail and might read, "This crab is so undercooked, it just told me its name is Sebastian." or "Is this a roti or the map of Pakistan?"

The Cosmopolitan

The Cosmopolitan's cocktail bar stays open until 3 a.m. every night, and when the clock strikes 12, the bartenders have a suggestion: Order an Up All Night, which is "served with a sparkler to help burn the midnight oil." Once the flames flicker out, you can chug the sweet-and-sour drink, made with rum, ginger syrup, blackberries, and strawberries.

Considering Vegas is essentially the adult version of a theme park, a Dole Whip cocktail fits right in. The Golden Tiki, a legendary 24-hour tiki lounge off The Strip, serves many. You can't go wrong with the classic Dole Whip Float, which combines pineapple soft serve with a heavy pour of rum.

Park on Fremont is a total locals' hangout spot for nights you can't go to one. more. club. Behind the counter is a special machine that cores out an entire grapefruit, liquifying everything inside. Bartenders add a shot of ice-cold Stoli Vodka to the mix.

Las Vegas caught the shipping container bug nearly five years ago. Downtown, there's an entire park framed by restaurants in bars housed in the boxes. Make a beeline to Oak & Ivy to order the Apple Pie Harvest — it really does taste like a pastry — which was dreamed up during a Friendsgiving dinner.
