Outback Steakhouse just announced the mother of all bar food. Their 3-Point Bloomin' Onion combines their popular crispy, deep-fried onion appetizer with Aussie cheese fries — fries topped with Monterey Jack, cheddar and chopped bacon — and tops it all off with pieces of sirloin steak.
This beast of an appetizer is a March Madness special and will be available starting March 15 through April 4. Darren Rovell, the ESPN sports writer who broke this very important sports food news on Twitter, reports that the dish has a whopping 3,080 calories — and is meant to be shared by six people.
Six people, huh? We'll see about that.
