Turkey is the main event on Thanksgiving, so it's no surprise companies start shaping their foods into turkeys to celebrate the holiday. Whether the pseudo-birds are shaped like actual, gobbling turkeys or the roasted ready-to-eat variety, there are fowl-fashioned foods that can be added to pretty much every course.

This year, Baskin-Robbins is bringing back its popular Thanksgiving Ice Cream Turkey Cake. It's been around in some iteration since the 1970s, but the shiny, insanely lifelike version you can get today was created in 2008. The ice cream chain suggests using the frozen bird as a centerpiece, although that might make for a messy meal since the cake is sure to melt before dessert. Pie fans might be disappointed if the frozen cake joins the dessert table, but the caramel-covered cake, complete with sugar cone legs and green frosting decoration, does look like the real deal.
