We take chicken parm seriously at Delish. So when I discovered that Noble Kitchen + Cocktails makes a giant chicken parm pizza stuffed with pasta, I knew I had to see it for myself. This thing looks a bit like a spaceship, and it's truly out of this world.
It starts with a flat chicken chicken cutlet that’s seasoned, chopped, and rolled thin. Next, the penne vodka is loaded onto the chicken and topped with cheese. Then, a second piece of chicken is put on top. The whole thing is frozen, breaded, and fried before it goes into the oven. After it bakes, it’s slathered in vodka sauce and finished off with fried prosciutto. The entire thing weighs a little more than 7 pounds, meaning that each "slice" is about 1 pound. You know, a normal serving size...
It doesn’t stop there because this place also has regular chicken parm pizzas. The same chicken cutlet is used as a base and is coated in marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan. You can choose this classic variation or if you’re feeling bold, choose four other flavors: buffalo, Milanese, marsala, or vodka sauce.
But wait...there's more: chicken cutlet tacos. Who needs tortillas, I guess? The "taco" is made out of a fried chicken cutlet shaped like a taco shell. You can stuff it with any kind of pasta, like cacio e pepe or penne vodka.
