Sometimes you don't want a whole big thing of mac & cheese (It happens. Sometimes.). Sometimes, all you need of that good stuff is a bite or two...or five, if you're at Cheese Grille on Manhattan's Lower East Side.

These cheesy bites—which really do come five to an order, BTW—are packed with cheddar, Asiago, and a secret third cheese: the GOAT cheese. THE GOAT cheese. Goat cheese.

After about half the macaroni and cheddar and Asiago combo is poured into a gigantic pan, chefs sprinkle a whole bunch of goat cheese into the middle, which results in a crazy-cheesy, slightly-tangy bite once you actually get into them.

The bites are deep-fried and served with tomato soup. One dip is all it takes to bring you right back to any rainy weekend in middle school. Cheese + tomato soup = all the memories, no?

Anyway. Find them (and plenty of other dairy-forward delights) only at Cheese Grille in NYC.
