Menu items range from your standard BEC to creative variations like the "Green Eggs And Ham" sandwich (which was created for St. Patrick's Day but might make its way to the regular menu eventually).
The real showstopper, though, is the cheese-stuffed hash brown. It's the ultimate hangover food, and we all know you can't have eggs without hash browns. The shop makes its brioche buns fresh in-house every day, which puts the sandwiches completely over the top. Plus, there's also no shortage of butter going around in this kitchen, so everything tastes extra delicious.
While there's a set menu, you can customize your order to make it as healthy or unhealthy as you want. For example, I ordered scrambled eggs over kale—not on the menu, but something that can easily be made.
