Thanks to his Bobby's Burger Palace chain, Bobby Flay's restaurant count is in the double digits. The celeb chef has yet to establish a restaurant outside of the U.S., but if you're stateside, you've got 21 to choose from: those famous burger joints, steakhouses, and Mediterranean and Southwestern hotspots.
Connecticut
Bar Americain Mohegan Sun; Uncasville, CT
This spot does surf and turf well. It's famous for shellfish cocktails that go way beyond the classic shrimp and the three sought-after cuts of steak.
Bobby's Burger Palace; Uncasville, CT
After working up an appetite playing the slots at the Mohegan Sun Casino, you can pop in for a meal.
Florida
Bobby's Burger Palace; Miami, FL
If you came to the Sunshine State with the intention of hitting the beach, don't worry: There are three salads on the menu.
Maryland
Bobby's Burger Palace; College Park, MD
For University of Maryland students, this location is just a 15-minute walk from the center of campus.
Bobby's Burger Palace; Hanover, MD
The Maryland Live! Casino has gambling and shows, and you can pregame here before: The milkshakes come virgin and spiked.
Bobby's Burger Palace; Bethesda, MD
Opt for this free upgrade (it's available at all locations): crispy potato chips served right between the buns of your burger.
Bobby's Burger Palace; Towson, MD
Ask about the flavor of the month: Flay changes it up regularly.
Nevada
Bobby's Burger Palace; Las Vegas, NV
The Topless Burger isn't as scandalous as it sounds — just any patty and toppings on the menu with no bun. It's served on a bed of greens instead.
Mesa Grill; Las Vegas, NV
The Vegas desert is as close as Flay's restaurants get to the American Southwest. The menu here reflects those iconic flavors, plus the chef's love of grilling. Try the ancho chile salmon with black bean sauce or the grilled lamb tenderloin tacos with avocado-serrano salsa, and you'll understand.
New Jersey
Bobby's Burger Palace; Eatontown, NJ
Talk about a food court upgrade: Bobby's Burger Palace is clutch when Burger King just won't cut it.
Bobby's Burger Palace; Paramus, NJ
It's okay if you don't know the answer to, "Do you want fries with that?". You can opt for the Undecided: a combo of any two sides — yes, including fries — on the menu.
Bobby's Burger Palace; Princeton, NJ
If you're going to open up a restaurant near Princeton University, you have to think smart. Flay opted to put this outpost a five minute drive from campus. Genius.
Bobby's Burger Palace; Freehold Township, NJ
Plant-based eaters, you can get a veggie burger or a grilled cheese — made with four kinds of cheese plus tomatoes — here.
Bobby's Flay Steak; Atlantic, NJ
A lot of the steak specialties are nods to regions across the U.S.: The Philadelphia Style Strip Steak is like a fancy cheesesteak, the Spicy Southwest Ribeye has green chiles and garlic, and the Filet Mignon Louisiana comes with béarnaise sauce and crawfish.
New York
Bobby's Burger Palace; Lake Grove, NY
Even outside of Manhattan, Flay promotes the borough's infamous brunch culture. The Brunch burger comes topped with a fried egg and bacon. Plus, here, you're dining with a side of history. This was the first Bobby's Burger Palace to open, in 2008.
Bobby's Burger Palace; Garden City, NY
The Black and White shake shares a name with New York's most popular cookie. It's chocolate sauce drizzled into vanilla ice cream.
Gato; New York, NY
When Gato opened in 2014, it was impossible to score a reservation. It's a little easier to get in now, though it's still a hotspot. The menu is all Mediterranean: pizza, pasta, fish — you name it.
Ohio
Bobby's Burger Palace; Cincinnati, OH
Don't plan to come here with kids. The under-21 crowd isn't allowed in the Jack Cincinnati Casino, where this outpost is located.
Pennsylvania
Bobby's Burger Palace; Philadelphia, PA
The Philly burger is a nod to the city's ubiquitous cheesesteaks. You can get a beef, turkey, or chicken patty topped with provolone, griddled onions, and hot peppers.
Virginia
Bobby's Burger Palace; Woodbridge, VA
Flay's created a dozen different burgers for Bobby's Burger Palace, but the Palace Classic might be his best. It's as traditional (don't call it boring) as you can get — American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
Washington, D.C.
Bobby's Burger Palace; Washington, D.C.
It makes sense Flay would have a spot in the nation's capital: He's Food Network's All-American boy-next-door.
