The holiday season will be here before you know, and you know what that means: It's time to bust out the cozy blankets, warm up the hot cocoa, and prepare to watch as many Christmas movies as possible before the year comes to a close. Although Hallmark and Lifetime have you covered with around-the-clock holiday movies from October through December, head to Netflix for even more festive cheer. Netflix's Christmas movie lineup for 2020 isn't nearly as extensive as the other major cable networks, but it's still packed with the same level of joy, romance, and feel-good magic — let's just say that Dolly Parton plays an angel in Christmas on the Square.
Some plot and release date details are still in the works, but from the lineup alone, we can already tell that all of the new Netflix Christmas movies are just as merry and bright as season's past. There's truly something for everyone, whether you're watching with kids (The Christmas Chronicles: Part Two), hosting a girls night in (Holidate and The Princess Switch: Switched Again), or spending quality time with your whole family (Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey and Christmas on the Square).
