Selena Gomez seemingly confirmed her relationship with producer Benny Blanco yesterday, responding "facts" on a post speculating about their status, and going on to defend him to fans:
And now a source is out here giving some additional details to Entertainment Tonight, saying that Selena and Benny have been seeing each other for a minute—and that their relationship has recently taken a turn for the serious.
"Selena and Benny have been casually seeing each other for a while and more recently, it became more official," the insider revealed. "Things have been going really well between them and Selena is happy. She thinks Benny is very funny and of course, extremely talented. Selena is in a great place in her life and feels content and relaxed. She is enjoying where things are going.”
Meanwhile, a source told the outlet last month that "Selena is casually dating and doing well. She is doing her own thing and doesn't feel any sort of pressure to be in a relationship. She is just focusing on what's best for her right now and has been very in tune with maintaining her own boundaries. Her friends and family support her and just want her to be happy."
