• Jennifer Aniston rocks a lingerie set and oversized blazer in her latest photoshoot.
  • She shared a behind-the-scenes clip from the shoot in an Instagram video.
  • Fans were obsessed, to say the least.

Jennifer Aniston helped pioneer the celebrity cover model—and decades into her career, she continues to nail the assignment. In her latest feature, The Morning Show star, 54, poses in lingerie and an oversized blazer in a recent behind-the-scenes Instagram video.

The star shared the clip from a photoshoot for CR Fashion Book, in which she danced and let loose. “On set fun with @crfashionbook 🖤💃🏼,” she wrote. The video pictured her in various all-black outfits, including the aforementioned blazer ensemble as well as a billowing cape and a baggy three-piece suit. Without hesitation, fans showered the actress—and the looks—with praise.

“This woman is like a wine... 😍,” one person commented. “Icon Jen-ergy 🙌,” another added. “🔥 so hot 🔥,” someone else wrote.

In another post, Aniston shared various black-and-white stills from the shoot, calling the opportunity a “dream come true.”

In the shoot’s accompanying interview, Aniston discussed her flourishing haircare line, LolaVie, her partnership with fitness brand Pvolve, and generally blooming in her middle age. Everyone wants to know: How does she do it?

“I drink a lot of water, move my body daily, try to eat whole, fresh foods, and get as much sleep as I can,” she told CR Fashion Book over email. “That last part is challenging for me, but it’s so important. I feel it when I don’t get enough rest.” She continued: “In addition to all of that, I try to be really mindful about what I let into my headspace. Our world is really going through some challenges, and I know we all care a lot, but sometimes I think it’s imperative that we turn off the noise.”

Aniston also has a keen interest in medical science, which she’s woven into LolaVie and her brand partnerships, including Pvolve and Vital Proteins, for example. She thanks her dad, the late actor John Aniston, for planting that seed.

“There was a period when my dad went to medical school, when acting slowed down for him, which is why we moved to Greece when I was five or six,” she explained. “So I had a doctor/actor (LOL) in the house who introduced me to the world of medicine and research. We would sit and watch medical programs during dinner. Even like micro surgeries—not what you would normally want to watch during suppertime. That’s where the interest sparked, and I am always grateful to the science and medical community who advance our knowledge of the human body, our health, and how we can continue to thrive as we age.”

She may not have all the answers, but she definitely has her recipe for success figured out.
