Outlander's Brianna and Roger may have time-traveled to the 1980s early on in season seven, but the past has a way of catching up with them. At the end of last week's episode, Roger came face to face (or shall we say face to fist) with none other than Buck MacKenzie, the man who turned Roger over to be hanged back in season five. (Even the most fervent Outlander fan would be forgiven for not recognizing Buck in the last episode; in season five the character was played by Graham McTavish in an Easter egg of sorts because Buck is the son of time traveler Geillis Duncan and Dougal MacKenzie, who was also played by McTavish. Buck has since been recast, and he is now played by Irish actor Diarmaid Murtagh.) He, too, has managed to travel from 18th century America to Scotland in the early '80s.

Now, a new clip of this week's episode "A Practical Guide for Time-Travelers," premiering exclusively on Town & Country, shows Roger revealing to Buck that they are in fact related.

"Morag is my five, maybe six times—I forget the number—great-grandmother. That makes you my granda," Roger says.

"My son was named Jeremiah after my da, who was named for his granda, who was named for your son. There may be one or two Jeremiahs missin' along the way. We're family."

The clip ends with Buck saying: "You wouldn't have anything stronger than coffee, would you?"
