Julianne Hough, 34, is toned all over in new Instagram pics. The Footloose star is apparently "working off her jet lag" in the most productive way possible: exercising. She's shared a few stories showing off her workout game this week, plus her seriously sculpted abs.

In the first snap, Jules showed off her aerial yoga skills, looking toned and graceful. The dancer is actually quite the practiced acrobat, too. In 2019, she worked her skills for the Women's Health in the body issue shoot. Obviously, Jules loves to dance, and normally works out five days a week, she previously told WH.

This week, Jules is taking her workouts to the next level. She shared another pic on her Insta stories today, and said she had hit the gym twice in one day. The star posed in front of a stack of weights, and gave a casual peace sign to the camera. Her super sculpted abs were also on full display.

Jules has said she works out five times a week.

Even when she isn't promoting it on IG, Jules lives a very healthy lifestyle. She loves to set a positive tone to her day through exercise. "If I move it first thing, I have an excellent day," she told WH in 2019.

In addition to dancing and fluttering through silks, Jules also loves to take SoulCycle classes. Plus, she does some hot yoga, and strength training with her husband. A couple that lifts together, stays together!

And as for how the dancing queen fuels her workouts, Jules likes to down some lukewarm lemon water, celery juice and a super green smoothie pre-workout. Afterward, she cools down with a super shake usually consisting of blueberries, protein powder, spinach, and avocado.

Her diet isn't really hard and fast, but she does like to avoid foods that cause inflammation. Above anything else, Jules is constantly evolving—so it's likely her diet and exercise routines are too.

I love it! Keep being you, Jules!
