Christina Hall is living in a Barbie world. The HGTV star attended the Barbie movie premiere in Los Angeles with her husband Josh Hall, and fans are calling the couple the real-life version of Barbie and Ken.
The duo stepped out on the pink carpet with Christina wearing a mermaid-like pink gown with blue and silver accents and Josh sporting a navy suit with a pink pocket square. Christina shared photos from the event on Instagram, noting that the Barbie movie "was unexpected and pretty amazing."
Fans swiftly took to the comments to praise the couple's look, declaring that they are a real-life version of Ken and Barbie. Others stated that Christina should've either been in Barbie as one of the many Barbies or played the lead role of Barbie herself. One person dubbed her the "home renovation Barbie," which honestly would've been a perfect addition to further round out the stellar Barbie cast.
Christina also shared a snapshot taken at the premiere of herself and James Bender, the designer and project manager who works on many of her shows including Christina on the Coast. Christina and Bender team up on HGTV's upcoming Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge, a competition series that premieres on Sunday, June 16.
As we get closer to the premiere of Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge, Christina revealed that she'll be sharing some behind-the-scenes photos from the experience on Instagram. She already shared some pics, including some of the dolls Mattel made that look like her and like Bender, a photo of them in a life-size Barbie box, and a photo of herself wearing a black sparkly gown in front of a hot pink Barbie backdrop. Viewed together, the images make it clear that this isn't just Barbie's world, but Christina's, too.
