Drew Barrymore fans are deep in their feels after her latest interview with actor and model Pamela Anderson.

The former Baywatch actress visited The Drew Barrymore Show following the recent release of her Netflix documentary Pamela, a Love Story. Through never-before-seen personal videos and diaries, Pamela shares the story of her rise to fame in her own words. Between the rocky romances and scandals, the woman who lived the reality of it all is finally laying down the truth in her intimate documentary.

During her interview with Drew, the two ladies realized they had a lot more in common than they thought in a clip that the talk show posted on Instagram captioned, "@pamelaanderson opens up about finding happiness in solitude."

"You got to say something that also I hadn't heard another woman say which is, you know, 'I don't really know exactly how to love someone that isn't my kids' dad,'" Drew began saying as she held back tears.

The two bonded over the love of their children and the love that they have for the father of their children. Drew, 47, welcomed her two daughters into the world years ago with her now ex-husband Will Kopelman. Pamela similarly has two sons with ex-husband Tommy Lee.

At 55, Pamela made it clear that she'll always hold a place in her heart for Tommy despite their tumultuous relationship and she "[doesn't] even care if [she's] alone for the rest of [her] life." She went on to say, "Sometimes things don't last forever for a reason," in regard to her past relationships.

Along with Drew, fans couldn't hold it together and got emotional in the comment section with messages like:

  • "You Two!!! 😍😍 The WHOLE conversation. ♥️♥️ THANK YOU BOTH. (Women NEED to hear your words)✌🏻✌🏻"
  • "I just love how Drew gets so emotional in her interviews, it makes her so human and vulnerable. Her vulnerability is one of the many amazing things about her ❤️❤️"
  • "I actually feel more women relate to this than most would imagine 🤔"
  • "Love this interview 😍"

If it wasn't clear from the short IG snippet, the two ladies share a clear connection. Later, Pamela went on to talk about moments she's shared in her new memoir, including the surprising lessons learned at the Playboy Mansion. After establishing that they're officially best friends at the end of the interview, we can't wait to see more from these two extraordinary ladies.
