Martha Stewart is really just out here making sure you live your best life. When she's not creating delicious recipes, inspiring your next home decor project, or winning Instagram with a swimsuit selfie, the celebrity chef and business mogul is thinking of ways to make you feel your best. Now, the 80-year-old is extending her CBD line to include topicals infused with CBD to help soothe your aching muscles.

Stewart's CBD line, which originally launched in 2020 with CBD oil tinctures and gummies, now includes CBD rubs and creams. The new Daily De-Stress, Sleep Science, and Super Strength CBD creams have been clinically shown to produce calm, relieve muscle pain, and aid in sleep, respectively.

“I am thrilled to help improve our customers’ daily lives through proven formulations that make wellness accessible and convenient, with offerings that address muscle discomfort, sleep deprivation, and stress,” Stewart said in a press release.

All of the products contain up to 5% of CBD, which works to support the body’s endocannabinoid system—a vast system of receptors that help maintain balance. They’re also free of endocrine-disrupting parabens, fragrances, phthalates, and sulfates.

The Super Strength is a topical CBD cream that's infused with magnesium, ginger, and aloe vera to reduce muscle pain and discomfort. In a small panel, 85% of users said the Super Strength Cream helped soothe their aching muscles, making it the perfect support for people who are active or suffer from chronic pain.

The Sleep Science, on the other hand, blends calming essential oils like lavender, patchouli, and vetivert with CBD to help calm your nervous system. Applying this cream before bed helped users fall asleep faster, a small trial showed.

And last but not least, Stewart's new Daily De-Stress Cream combines CBD with seven essential oils to uplift your mood and alleviate stress.

Although the U.S. Food and Drug Administration does not regulate CBD (it has only approved one CBD prescription drug that is used to treat extreme cases of epilepsy), choosing hemp-derived products that are tested and certified is the best way to ensure safe and effective results.

All of Martha Stewart's CBD products are tested for safety, says Anna Persaud, Ph.D., vice president of skincare & topicals at Canopy Growth. “Proven to work and tested with consumers, these high-quality, effective topicals solutions are scientifically formulated and rigorously tested at the peak of industry standards, and the new line represents the latest innovation in Martha Stewart’s growing portfolio of accessible CBD offerings,” she said in a press release.

So, if you're looking to treat yourself to an at-home spa day, make sure you pick up one or more of the soothing muscle rubs and creams from Stewart’s line. And in case you’re curious about other gems from Stewart’s CBD line, she also offers a range of delicious ingestibles, including gummies, oil tinctures, and edibles.
