Cardi B isn't shy when it comes to the celebrities that she adores. From her hilarious Twitter exchange with You star Penn Badgley to meeting Twilight fave Robert Pattinson, Cardi is known for showing her faves love. She recently shouted out JoJo Siwa and asked for a favor on behalf of her three-year-old daughter Kulture during her opening monologue as the 2021 American Music Awards show host.

"Let me tell y'all this story," Cardi began. "So my husband, he was trying to get JoJo Siwa for my daughter [Kulture Kiari]'s birthday party, but she is booked and busy. So JoJo Siwa, could you please come see my daughter at Christmas?"

The new mom of two continued, "I know you cost a lot of money — let me tell you something, y'all — rappers don't got nothing on JoJo Siwa."

Jojo responded to Cardi's invitation when she hit the stage to present the American Music Award for favorite pop duo or group. "Cardi, I'm gonna see what I can do and I'm gonna try and make Christmas happen I promise — putting it in my phone right now," she said. "I can't wait to meet Kulture — she is being raised by a superstar."

Cardi B shut down the American Music Awards stage during her first time hosting the show. Along with showcasing her larger-than-life personality, Cardi stole the show with eight lavish outfit changes.
