The judges on Dancing With the Stars are frustrated, and it's not because of illegal lifts or too much razzle dazzle. And it's getting harder for them to hide their annoyance. In this week's elimination, judge Carrie Ann Inaba verbally expressed her disappointment wover the couples that were voted by viewers into the bottom two.

This week saw two high-scoring couples — singer Ally Brooke and Sasha Farber, and actress Kate Flannery and Pasha Pashkov — land in the bottom two over low-scoring couples, like Sean Spicer. Per the show's new rule, the judges had to decide which couple to send home between the two. Before making her decision, Inaba took a moment to share her frustration with the situation that she and fellow judges Len Goodman and Bruno Toniolo found themselves in.

"I'm absolutely confused and a little irritated," Inaba said, which earned applause from Len and audience members alike.

Even fans watching at home commended Inaba for her honesty, and expressed similar frustrations.

Others, however, pointed out that Inaba and her fellow judges were a part of the problem, as they were awarding Spicer high points.

One fan, who goes by LiL_Miss_Limzy on Twitter, suggested that "the judges should pick bottom two and then votes choose the rest."

This isn't the first time this season that Inaba expressed shock and frustration. Last week, some eagle-eyed fans caught the judges' reactions to Spicer being saved yet again, and needless to say, they weren't pleased.

Even Spicer's own partner is shocked that he's still in the game. This week, the former press secretary was paired with recently eliminated pro Jenna Johnson after his usual partner, Lindsay Arnold, had to go home following the death of her mother-in-law. And Johnson couldn't hide her surprise when Spicer was announced as the first saved celebrity of the week.

Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
