Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is widely known as one of the most in-shape men on Earth. Like, dude is ripped. So when he posted his gym bag secrets on Instagram, a lot of people took notice...especially because they apparently include tequila and something called "lion dogs." Casual.

The Rock started off his Monday morning workout in his very empty (jealous!) private gym by unpacking his gym bag and showing off “all of the essentials that one would need before a workout." First off, he showed off a Maui doll, AKA his character from Moana, that his daughters Jasmine and Tiana packed for him. After showing off some other gear, things took a strange turn.

He pulled out a bag of, like, 10 hot dogs, that he referred to as "lion dogs," made from the "intestines and the blood of lions."

“They look like hot dogs, but they’re called ‘lion dogs’ and they’re actually made from the intestines and the blood from lions,” he said. “A workout secret that I have and a good post-workout snack.”

Now, before anyone gets upset, I do think we have an expert troll on our hands, because the rest of the video is full of jokes. I am still a little worried about the food safety consequences of leaving raw hot dogs out, but chances are these are not actually "lion dogs"...because I Googled it and they don't seem to exist. I'm gullible, OK?!

He also pulled out a small bottle of his Añejo tequila, which he revealed will be coming in the first quarter of 2020. It must be pretty good, because The Rock then fully took a swig right out of the bottle before starting his workout. That is one workout secret I will follow happily.

From there, he continued to troll everyone from his wife (when he credited her for a coloring book page that was clearly done by his daughters) to Kevin Hart (when he said he packed an action figure of himself to bring to Kevin later). So while all his tips may not have been 100% percent genuine, maybe laughter was the best workout tip of all.
