At first glance, you might see this black and white cake and wonder how long it took to assemble all those layers. At second glance, you'll see they're actually just layers of chocolate wafer cookies with a cream filling–and then it might hit you that this impressive-looking dessert is an icebox cake, which we all know wins at being easy peasy to throw together.

This insanely delish stunner is assembled on a cake plate, then transferred to the fridge to set for hours. Why? The brilliance of an icebox cake is that the whipped cream (or pudding) layers soften and pack together the layers of cookies to create one fluffy cake. We upgraded the whipped cream layer by beating it with cream cheese, making this a cheesecake icebox cake. Right?

You can serve this cake as soon as it comes out of the fridge, but we made it even better by pouring a silky ganache over the top and topping that with crushed Oreos—triple chocolate threat. If you hear the word 'ganache' and want to hide, don't: To make one, all you do is heat heavy cream in a saucepan and pour that over chopped chocolate, let it melt down a little, and then stir until it's a creamy chocolate sauce. Boom. If you really love Oreos, you could also sprinkle each layer with crushed ones. If you really love them...
