We're a fan of chocolate-covered EVERYTHING. Chocolate-covered strawberries, chocolate-covered s'more's, chocolate-dipped bacon roses (😱), you name it. Dipping pretzels in chocolate is nothing revolutionary, but damn it's good. And this is how to do it perfectly every time.
Full disclaimer: This yields A LOT. Feel free to halve the recipe, but understand that they'll disappear quickly at a party. And, if you're not a fan of white chocolate, just double up on the semisweet. Or vice-versa.
