Let's set the record straight: I would never recommend you do anything to wreck the most important dish of the feast. If you live in my world, Thanksgiving is the day when you can eat all the stuffing you want without a care in the world. Literally fill up on stuffing until you can't possibly take another bite—and then you do.

Aside from trying to vary the types of stuffing you make—cornbread, Italian sausage, croissant—you pretty much always prep it in a skillet and serve it in a ceramic dish. What if we flipped that idea on its head and instead served stuffing in a bundt pan? I KNOW. It's a crazy idea, right? Crazy, maybe. Genius? Definitely.

Making your Thanksgiving stuffing in a bundt pan might add a half hour to your baking time, but it couldn't be simpler: You start with your favorite cooked stuffing (we highly recommend this butternut squash-sausage recipe), then stir in 4 eggs and transfer the mixture to a greased bundt pan. Next you bake at 350 degrees F until nicely golden brown. Turn out the stuffing onto a plate and guests can slice themselves a piece. They'll go wild when they see how this Thanksgiving staple can transform into something truly *~magical~*.
