As soon as the sugar has dissolved into the butter, pour in your cinnamon and heavy cream in—beware, it'll bubble and spit a little! Just work quickly to whisk the cream into the sugar mixture, and add the nuts as soon as it comes together.

(12-oz.) wheel of brie
- 2 Tbsp.
butter
- 1/4 cup
packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp.
ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp.
heavy cream
- 1 cup
whole or chopped pecans
Pinch kosher salt
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Place brie in a small oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
- Step 2In a nonstick skillet over low heat, melt butter and brown sugar until bubbly. Stir in cinnamon, heavy cream, pecans, and salt until completely coated, then remove from heat.
- Step 3Pour pecan mixture over brie and bake until brie is melty, 10 minutes.
