old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup
whole pecans
- 1 cup
chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup
brown sugar
- 1/4 cup
maple syrup
- 1/4 cup
olive, coconut, or vegetable oil
- 2 tsp.
pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp.
ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp.
ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp.
kosher salt
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Spread in an even layer on a large baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Let cool completely.
