Guacamole Deviled Eggs

These guac deviled eggs are the perfect finger food for your Easter party (or, really, any party). The creamy filling packs a ton of flavor—and heat—from jalapeño, garlic, and black pepper. Top with a dash of McCormick Paprika for a pop of color.

Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 red onion, minced
- 1/2 jalapeño, minced
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp. McCormick Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. McCormick Paprika, plus more for serving
- kosher salt
- McCormick Pure Ground Black Pepper
Directions
- Step 1Scoop yolks from egg whites and add to a large bowl with avocado. Mash with a fork until evenly combined, then add onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice and stir until combined.
- Step 2Season with McCormick Garlic Powder, McCormick Paprika, salt, and McCormick Pure Ground Black Pepper.
- Step 3Using a spoon or a piping bag, add avocado mixture to egg whites. Garnish with a pinch of paprika before serving.
