Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of kosher salt
- 1/2 cup each semi-sweet, peanut butter and white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup roasted almonds, chopped

Directions
- Step 1Preheat Krups Deluxe Convection Toaster Oven to 350°. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugars, and vanilla using a wooden spoon.
- Step 2Add in egg and cocoa powder and mix well, then stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until fully combined. Mix in the assorted chips and nuts, reserving some for the top.
- Step 3Lightly spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. Press cookie dough into pan and sprinkle reserved nuts and chips on top. Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Let cookie cool completely, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Step 4 Arrange Peeps on top and broil, watching carefully, for 2 to 3 minutes while the Peeps brown. Slice and serve.
