Easy Bunny Cake

Step 1: Make Cake

<p>Prepare cake according to the directions on the box. Split the batter evenly between two cake pans and bake as directed. Let cool completely. Step 2: Cut Ears and Bow Tie

<p>Starting at 11 o'clock, cut a half moon shape out of one of the cake rounds. Repeat this step on the other side making the exact same cut, but start at 1 o'clock. Now you have two ears and a bow tie.</p>

Step 3: Frost Cake and Cover with Coconut

<p>Using store bought buttercream (or <a href="http://www.goodhousekeeping.com/recipefinder/silver-white-cake-buttercream-recipe-ghk0510" target="_blank">this recipe</a> for a homemade version) frost all parts of the cake following the directions on the jar. Sprinkle coconut all over the cake, pressing it into the frosting so it sticks.</p>
