Spring is in the air, flowers are in bloom, and the pastels are popping out. For my family and I, Easter is a lively day filled with plenty of kids on Easter candy sugar highs and plenty of adults poking their heads into the kitchen, hoping for an early taste of Easter dinner. While spirits stay high, for those actually cooking the big meal, the shouting and running of children and the crowding of the limited kitchen space by everyone else can bring an unnecessary stress to a happy day. The solution? Snacks. These 30 festive, easy Easter snacks are sure to bring peace, quiet, and contentment, as everyone will be too busy enjoying them to do anything else.

When I think of Easter eating, my mind automatically goes to colorful plates studded with fruits and vegetables. For a taste of springtime freshness, try our whipped feta with balsamic roasted strawberries, antipasto skewers, or crispy prosciutto & asparagus mini toasts. Or, go the crispy, baked route with our crispy Parmesan ranch smashed carrots, veggie peel chips, or Parmesan asparagus fries.

Now I love small bites like our fried ham & cheese mozzarella sticks or caramelized onion & goat cheese bites, but lets be honest, no snack board is complete without at least one dip. To round out your spread, give our carrot hummus, deviled egg dip, carrot cake dip, or caramelized onion dip a try.

I know what you’re thinking: What’s Easter without a little something sweet? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered there too. Save the bigger sweets, like banana pudding or our Peeps skillet s’mores for dessert, and reach for smaller treats, like our carrot cake blondies, Easter bunny popcorn bars, or Easter bunny cinnamon rolls, until dinnertime.

Whatever you choose for your Easter table this year, I hope you find your hearts and Easter baskets overflowing!
