1Key Lime Pie
PHOTO: ROCKY LUTEN; FOOD STYLING: ADRIENNE ANDERSONThough it's tedious to squeeze the juice out of tiny limes, we recommend it for the freshest, boldest flavor; however, if all you can find is bottled Key lime juice, or if you're pressed for time, that works too. In that case, you'd want to sub in regular lime zest. Looking for more Key lime treats? These Key lime pie pops are the perfect way to cool down in the summer.

Suzanne Clements 4Million-Dollar Pie
PHOTO: JOSEPH DE LEO; FOOD STYLING: MAKINZE GORESoutherners know a thing or two about decadent desserts, and this retro pie is everything you want in the millionaire experience—crunchy, sweet, mile-high, and make-ahead. Traditionally million-dollar pie is a no-bake icebox treat. It’s prepared by pressing a graham cracker crust into a pie plate and piling it high with a rich whipped topping base filled with pecans, coconut, and crushed pineapple. To give it the full Delish treatment, we took a few liberties to bring this old timey treat into the future.

5Atlantic Beach Pie
Andrew buiKey lime and lemon meringue pie lovers—get ready to meet your new favorite dessert. Perfected by Chef Bill Smith at his iconic restaurant, Crook’s Corner in North Carolina, Atlantic beach pie is a twist on a North Carolina dessert staple. He took the lemon pies he remembered from his youth and swapped the meringue topping for a much easier whipped cream, and added a buttery cracker pie crust (a signature aspect of this dessert). This pie is best served cold, topped with homemade whipped cream and finely grated lemon and lime zest (plus a sprinkle of salt for good measure).

6Chocolate Fluffernutter Pie
Suzanne ClementsThis recipe is for all the chocolate peanut butter cup–obsessed, Fluffernutter-loving friends out there. Instead of topping it with traditional whipped cream (which would still be totally delicious), we made a marshmallow whipped cream. The marshmallow creme helps stabilize the topping and keeps it fluffier longer, so you can worry less about it melting on Easter.

7Mississippi Mud Pie
Joel goldbergNow this is what we call a decadent pie. It all comes together for a rich (and delicious) treat, and that's precisely what we love about it.

9No-Bake Blackberry Oreo Tart
PHOTO: ANDREW BUI; FOOD STYLING: BROOKE CAISONBlackberries are that “side” berry we kind of forget about. But when Oreos come knocking, there is something special to be said about their lovely pairing. And the title of “no-bake” anything should be relieving, especially as the days start to get warmer outside.

10Chocolate Pie
PHOTO: LUCY SCHAEFFER; FOOD STYLING: FRANCESCA ZANIPeople typically think that pies are a dessert where fruit should be the star. And sure, we adore a good apple pie or strawberry rhubarb as much as the next pie-obsessed person. But there’s something about a richer than rich, super-unctuous chocolate pie that can really take a dessert spread from good to incredible.

13Bakewell Tart
Lucy SchaefferA Bakewell tart is a classic British dessert made of frangipane and raspberry jam. The sweet tart is easy to make with a crust that's like a cross between a pie crust and shortbread. Frangipane is a soft, slightly chewy almond filling made from almond flour and is as simple as creaming butter and sugar together. The tart can be topped in a few different ways. We're personally big fans of the classic: sliced almonds and light dusting of confectioners' sugar.

14Pizza Rustica
Parker feierbachPizza Rustica is an Italian Easter pie, and despite its name, it doesn't have resemble pizza. It's more similar to a quiche in nature, but extra stuffed with meats and cheeses. The enriched pie crust gets filled with eggs, cheese, meats, and spinach, and it's often eaten on Good Friday to celebrate the end of Lent. You can add any type of cured meats—or even cooked vegetables—to the filling. It also makes a perfect main dish for Easter brunch!

15Butter Tarts
PHOTO: ANDREA MONZO; FOOD STYLING: MAKINZE GOREIf you're not familiar, butter tarts are one of Canada's best desserts and they're about to be your new favorite. They're small, but that's all you're going to need with these. They taste sweet and, of course, very buttery. They remind us of a pecan pie, just without the pecans! You may find that they often have raisins in them, and some recipes even call for adding pecans. We decided to keep ours classic with a soft, gooey center in a flaky pie crust. Trust us—these are a true treat.

16Banana Cream Pie
PHOTO: LUCY SCHAEFFER PHOTOGRAPHY; FOOD STYLING: BROOKE CAISONIs there anything as lovely as a homemade pie? We think not. While pumpkin pie and apple pie are best in the fall, banana cream pie is just the treat for special occasions all year long. It's layered with dreamy vanilla pastry cream and slices of banana, all topped with clouds of whipped cream. This version calls for our favorite basic pie dough, but of course you can use store-bought dough if you prefer.

17Lemon Icebox Pie
ANDREW BUIOur version of lemon icebox pie (itself a riff of Key lime pie) calls for an extra-buttery graham cracker crust that’s first partially baked before the filling is poured in. Why bake the crust? We’ve found that pre-baking the crust gives the pie a jumpstart on caramelization–and caramelization is a good, tasty thing. And once cooled and the filling added, a second bake helps stabilize the filling, along with ensuring the yolks are fully cooked. If you’re still looking for a truly no-bake lemon option, check out our lemon icebox cake.

18Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie Tart
ERIK BERNSTEINThis tart is my formal request to have chocolate chip cookies in all forms. The crust is more like a shortbread version of the classic cookie to make it sturdy enough to perfectly hold its shape and the caramel and chocolate layers on top. It’s a sliceable, shareable cookie and a really wonderful option for your next gathering.

19Fruit Tart
AMANDA GRYPHONThe mascarpone filling is light, slightly tart, and just sweet enough to pair well with the apricot preserve-glazed fruit of your choice. Bonus: The shortbread-like crust here gets pressed in rather than rolled out, which makes it no-fuss and stress-free.
