S'mores take a festive turn when you swap out milk chocolate for peppermint bark. If it's too cold outside to bother with bonfires, you can also make them in the oven: Line graham crackers on a baking sheet, place a square of bark on each one, and top with a marshmallow. Broil in the oven for 20 seconds, or until lightly golden (or completely charred, if you like yours burnt and carbon-y), then top each with graham crackers.
