1Peppermint Bark Chocolate Chip Cookies
Erika LaPrestoYou could probably bribe your way off the naughty list if you left a batch of these treats out for Santa, which taste like a glorious mashup of warm, gooey chocolate chip cookies and Thin Mints. Just crush up half a cup of peppermint bark and fold it into your favorite cookie dough, then bake it as you normally would. (Tip for the time-starved: Store-bought dough works well too!)

5Peppermint Bark Hot Chocolate
Erika LaPrestoMake hot cocoa according to the package's instructions (there's no shame in an old-school Swiss Miss packet)—or try one of these recipes—and swirl in a tablespoon of crumbled peppermint bark. It will melt in hot chocolate, giving it a light, minty flavor. For extra style points, top it with a swirl of whipped cream, a light sprinkle of crumbled bark and a mini peppermint stick.
6Peppermint Bark Chocolate Donuts
Erika LaPrestoWhen everybody in your office is thisclose to snapping as they scramble to file their TPS reports before the holidays, restore joy to your coworkers' cold, barnacled hearts with these treats. You could bake your own chocolate cake donuts from scratch—or you could buy a dozen from Dunkin', ice them with vanilla or cream cheese frosting, and sprinkle chopped peppermint bark on top.
