Is the sun out and you’re throwing a party? Exciting news, you’re having a darty! Though this phrase is typically used to describe daytime college ragers, here at Delish, we’re trying to take it post-grad. And, well, because we’re Delish, there are going to be snacks AND sips. Darties call for low-lift treats to feed a crowd and refreshing drinks. Here are our 25 recommendations of what to make if you want to keep the party going far into the night.

Everyone knows that the party doesn’t really begin until the dips arrive, like our corn dip or our Crockpot Buffalo chicken dip. On the same wavelength, cool ranch zucchini, pickle, or churro chips are equally as snackable. If you want to bring an easy but elevated bite, look to grilled watermelon and our antipasto skewers. If your darty is on a particularly warm and sunny day, cool off with scoops of avocado salsa and shrimp cocktail.

While darties tend to be synonymous with kegs and seltzer variety packs, we’re making the case for fun, colorful cocktails. White sangria and limoncello spritzes are ideal for batching, and our pink señoritas or our Naked & Famous are practically begging for themed parties. If you have the foresight, make a batch (or three) of drunken tequila mangos to be the darty hero.
