When I think of all the beach days, picnics, cookouts, and more fun activities I’m going to get to do this summer, it’s like all my problems float away. Then the season actually rolls around and I realize, “oh no, real life doesn’t just disappear because the sun’s out!” There’s highs and lows in every season, and sometimes, we could all use a little comfort food. With that in mind, I rounded up 25 of our top comforting recipes that all have a warm weather spin. From summer casseroles to mac & cheese, with a few sweet treats tucked in for good measure, there’s something here for every bummer occasion this summer.
