As soon as fall hits, pumpkin is likely the main star of your dessert spread, right? But why limit it to just sweets? Earthy, sweet pumpkin was meant to be enjoyed all day long. If you really think about it, you could eat pumpkin at every meal of the day, especially with these 62 sweet and savory pumpkin recipes to help you out. Personally, we will not blame you if you kick off your day with pumpkin cream cheese muffins and pumpkin cream cold brew at breakfast, some pumpkin soup at lunch, and cap it off with our creamy pumpkin and parmesan chicken skillet at dinner!

We think breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it's even more important when it means we get to eat pumpkin. Our dream pumpkin breakfast? Starting the day off right with a pumpkin spice latte (naturally), and either a slice of pumpkin bread, a stack of pumpkin pancakes, or freshly baked pumpkin cinnamon rolls. These recipes also happen to be some of our favorite ways to use up any lingering cans of pumpkin or pumpkin puree from your last pumpkin carving night.

Pumpkin lends a special autumnal je ne sais quoi to so many of our favorite savory dishes. Not entirely convinced? Try our cheesy pumpkin lasagna, pumpkin curry, and pumpkin carbonara and you'll see why we love adding pumpkin to our dinner rotation. We bet your kids will be pro-pumpkin too from one bite of our pumpkin bacon mac and cheese.
