HalloweenCostumes.com spokesperson Ross Walker Smith further explained to NBC that the costumes are also meant to be used for "school projects and plays," not just Halloween.

It might be entertaining to watch gangsters in action movies, but there's nothing funny about your child idolizing these criminals.
