What's better than ice cream? Free ice cream, of course! Next week, Dairy Queen is celebrating the very beginning of ice cream season, along with the brand's 75th anniversary, by giving customers gratis vanilla soft serve.
On March 16, participating ice cream shop locations will celebrate Free Cone Day, offering consumers a small vanilla soft serve for at no cost. Dairy Queen hopes that customers will also donate to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
"This is all about connecting with our fans and not just about telling them, but showing them how much we appreciate their loyalty. After all, our fans have been supporting us for 75 years, so we thought it would be fun to bring the celebration to them," explained Barry the executive vice president of Marketing at Dairy Queen.
