Target has announced the next big limited-time, exclusive Oreo flavor to hit shelves, and it's a good one — caramel apple.
According to FoodBeast, the fall (or state fair!) themed treats will be released this at Target stores this week. They are comprised of two vanilla cookies, caramel creme, and green apple creme, in a move that reflects the half-and-half creme ratio from the Root Beer Oreos unveiled earlier this summer.
This came straight fom the mouth (or should we say fingers, since he Tweeted the news) of Jeff Jones, Target's CEO, so you can rest assured this isn't a hoax like the great Fried Chicken Oreo Debacle of July. Promise.
