Even if you're not a fan of Frosted Flakes, there's no denying that Tony the Tiger is one of the best cereal characters out there. Unfortunately, according to the Los Angeles Times, the man behind Tony's classic line, "They're g-r-r-r-r-r-re-a-t," tragically passed away from esophageal cancer.
Lee Marshall became Tony in 1999, but he had been on the radio since the young age of 14. Marshall was only 64 years old when he died. He leaves behind his wife, stepdaughter, and granddaughter.
