As if Amazon doesn't have enough on its plate,
the company also wants to bring you dinner. According to Eater, Amazon.com
plans to take on GrubHub Seamless when it eventually launches a "local services
marketplace," which will incorporate takeout delivery.

Apparently Amazon briefly launched a takeout delivery
service as part of its Amazon Local App several nights ago, but the amenity was
temporarily removed and will be re-launched in the future. The new service is
rumored to be much like the already established AmazonFresh grocery service,
except with takeout from local restaurants. Amazon will roll out the new
offering in Seattle and then expand to other cities.

Would you use Amazon to get your restaurant takeout
delivered?
