Ramen burgers first debuted in New York City, and, much like the Cronut™, the world has become obsessed with the ramen noodle-hamburger hybrid. Now the trendy noodle buns and patties are making their way to California. According to Eater, Keizo Shimamoto is taking his foodie creation on a trip to Torrance's Mitsuwa Market in Los Angeles. Only 500 ramen burgers will be available this Saturday, September 7. Apparently Shimamoto got the idea to do an event in Los Angeles from a dream he had that his mom was able to try a real, trademarked Ramen Burger™ and not one of the many copycats.
